Stunning exterior upgrade combining James Hardie board and batten siding with cultured stone accents on a 3,100 sq ft contemporary home in Palmer, PA. The homeowner wanted to achieve that modern farmhouse aesthetic popular in new construction. Installed HardiePanel vertical siding with HardieTrim battens in Evening Blue, paired with Boral stone veneer around the foundation and garage bump-out in Ledgestone Gray. The combination creates incredible dimension and visual interest. This project showcases how mixing materials can transform an ordinary home into an extraordinary one.

Modern two-tone vinyl siding transformation on this 1,900 sq ft split-level in Lopatcong, NJ. Combined CertainTeed Monogram 46 siding in Oxford Blue on the upper level with Harbor Stone on the lower level, creating a striking contemporary look. CertainTeed Monogram features the thickest, most durable vinyl panels available with .046 inch thickness and the TrueTexture wood grain surface that looks remarkably authentic. Included new white soffit and fascia, upgraded gutter system, and decorative accent trim. The exterior went from dated 1980s to modern curb appeal that stands out in the neighborhood.

Beautiful LP SmartSide engineered wood siding installation on a 2,200 sq ft farmhouse-style home in Macungie, PA. The homeowner wanted the authentic look of real wood with superior durability and low maintenance. Installed LP SmartSide lap siding with the deep cedar grain texture in Iron Gray. LP SmartSide features a proprietary SmartGuard process that resists fungal decay, termites, and impacts - backed by a 50-year transferable warranty. Project included LP SmartSide trim, corner boards, and decorative shutters. We also installed new house wrap with proper window flashing to create a complete weather barrier system.

Full exterior transformation with James Hardie fiber cement siding on this 2,600 sq ft colonial in Hellertown, PA. Removed deteriorating 30-year-old vinyl siding that had become brittle and faded. Installed James Hardie HardiePlank lap siding in Arctic White with ColorPlus factory-applied finish that resists fading, cracking, and peeling for 15 years. Project included HardieTrim boards around all windows and doors, HardieSoffit panels, and new aluminum fascia. Added 1-inch rigid foam insulation behind the siding increasing the homes R-value and reducing energy bills. As James Hardie Elite Preferred contractors, we provided the full 30-year non-prorated warranty.
