Ryan Ceylan brings energy, precision, and hands-on leadership to every job site as the Field Director of VM Power Exteriors.
Ryan earned his place in the field through years of boots-on-the-ground experience in residential exterior work — from roofing tear-offs to full siding installations. He understands the trades inside and out, which allows him to manage crews effectively and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.
As Field Director, Ryan is the bridge between the office and the job site. He coordinates scheduling, manages material deliveries, conducts on-site quality checks, and makes sure every crew member follows VM Power Exteriors' standards for safety and craftsmanship. If something needs adjusting mid-project, Ryan is the one making the call and getting it done right.
