Eric Seyhan

Eric Seyhan is the hands-on half of VM Power Exteriors. While Vincent handles the business, Eric is on the roof, on the scaffolding, and on the job site making sure every detail is right.

Eric's path into exterior contracting started with a simple belief: if you're going to do something, do it right the first time. He spent years working his way up from crew member to foreman to project manager, learning every trade in the exterior envelope — roofing, siding, gutters, flashing, waterproofing, and trim.

As co-founder, Eric oversees all field operations. He trains every crew member personally, inspects work in progress, and holds the team to standards that go beyond code requirements. His technical knowledge means he can spot a potential problem before it becomes one, saving homeowners time and money.

Eric's dedication to quality control has been a major reason VM Power Exteriors maintains its reputation across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. When the job is done, Eric is the last one to sign off — and he doesn't sign off until it's perfect.
